Synergy Sports Performance

I have gone to Synergy for a couple of years with my cousins and the growth we've all had is incredible. I would not be where I am today without my trainer Nate. He has pushed me to be my best everyday and he makes me want to work hard. Everyone is able to notice the difference this training has made in my volleyball performance. He truly cares about our health and our progress! Thank you, Nate, for being the reason I'm as strong as I am today, mentally and physically! I highly recommend!

My son has been training at Synergy for a few years. Just an unbelievably positive experience, the best investment I have made for his development. Nate/Brady are phenomenal trainers, but more importantly they have been awesome mentors in so many ways. Synergy has created a safe environment to help athletes and people become the best version of themselves. I love everything about Synergy from talking and working with the trainers to the recovery lounge. Through Synergy I am able to become the best version of myself from a good mind to a healthy body. This past year I also tore my ACL, and Synergy has everything to do with my comeback story! The trainers and facility allowed me to train and not go through the journey alone. Synergy helps me become the athlete I want to be! I definitely recommend Synergy to everyone.

Synergy has been home for me throughout my professional football journey. Whenever it has been the offseason at home this is where I would be working. My training and relationships here have kept me more than ready to go compete at the highest level. Alex and Nate are outstanding trainers, but even better and more personable people. I can’t begin to thank them enough for how much they have helped me improve my weaknesses and maximize my strengths. It has done wonders for me and my career. Between very difficult challenges and gut busting laughs, it’s safe to say I was much more than lucky to have these guys as my trainers. If you truly value being a real, dedicated athlete and want to work your butt off to get significantly better, I would recommend Nate and Alex to you and anyone who wants to reach their goals. These two are the best in the area without question. Knowledge, passion, and the grit to be the right fit for all. Thank you guys and I never take for granted our relationships. I really love Synergy and recommend it to people who want to get stronger in general, for a sport, or are recovering from injuries. I found myself going twice a day because the atmosphere is great and they have so much equipment to use and the trainers are such great people. I first started to go for my ACL recovery and I was getting my strength back so quickly with the help of Nate. He made me stronger than I was before my injury. Nate and the other trainers set me up for success right up to the day that I left to play college volleyball. They pushed me, gave me workouts personalized not only for my recovery but for volleyball too and they helped me with my mindset and made me want to work. When I go home for breaks off of school/volleyball I make sure to go back to synergy not only to workout but to see all the trainers there because I formed close connections with all of them.
